Once your furniture is in stock we will ring to arrange your delivery which will be a 2 man delivery.

Our delivery team will unpack your furniture, install it in the room of your choice. They will not take any packing materials from your home unless you have opted for premier delivery service. Please inspect your furniture carefully before signing for it.

On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements for doorways, hallways and the room where the furniture will be placed. If the sofa does not go through any of the openings or does not fit in the house and the packaging is taken off it is the customer responsibility if the goods get damaged once the packing is taken off.
